CMS means Content Management System, and was formerly reserved for companies with large IT budgets.
GoMINIsite is a CMS system which makes up with this.
You do not need to write html - yes you do not really need in-depth IT knowledge.
You must not download or install anything.
The only thing you need to edit the GoMINIsite is a browser. (For example, Internet Explorer or Firefox).
