I can not log in - what do I do? 
 

It is important that you remember your username and password, and the e-mail address you used when setting up your GoMINIsite.
It is therefore a good idea to save the messages you receive from GoMINIsite.

Your username is always your website name. If your website is Ottosfood.minisite.com, for example, your username will be: Ottosfood.
You must remember that the login field is sensitive to capitalization (case sensitive). 

You have received your password via e-mail when you created your GoMINIsite.
Have you changed your password since, you have also recieved a confirmation e-mail with the changes.

Should you have changed the your site name, your password will also be amended and sent in an e-mail.
Should you still have lost the e-mails you have been sent, you can get sent a new password by clicking into gominisite.com/forgot.aspx
